We purchased a time share with Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) in Myrtle Beach, SC, that we enjoyed for the first couple of years, because of the other resorts we had access to through their network. We never stayed at the Myrtle Beach resort that we had purchased because of the availability when we wanted to travel. Also, the HOA fees kept increasing. Along with that, I retired and was on a limited income. We were referred to Matthew at Timeshare Cancel Professionals and paid them to get out of our time share deal even though we still owed about $32,000 on it. It took a while – almost a year. But we never gave them another penny and they, through many letters to HGV, were able to get us out of the contract, without paying another penny to anyone. HGV closed our account and cancelled our time share deal. We literally saved thousands! The process was a little frustrating because we had to continually send them the same letters and arguments, but it worked, and Cynthia was great in helping us navigate through the whole daunting process!
