We are a couple who naively purchased a timeshare when our children were small, thinking that we could travel the world. Then of course our bubble burst. Like many other families, we were led to believe that we could trade in our timeshare for other destinations only to find that we would have to book at least two years in advance, just to get our ninth choice of places to stay. Of course no one told us that in order to travel we had to also belong to RCI, other dues, and our maintenance fees would continually go up every year, and to top it off, they were always changing the stipulations on travel fees, Yikes!
We are happy to write about out experience with the company, Timeshare Cancel Professionals and their Senior Case Manager, Mr. Matthew Steel. We had bought a timeshare in the States sometime ago only to realize that the verbal promises, based on which we made our purchase, were no good. We, therefore, hired TCP to get our contract cancelled. We found TCP to be an honest and reliable company that provided us with good service and followed through with their initial commitment till the very end.
I contacted Matthew Steel at Time Share Cancel Professionals in August 2011 to see if was possible to cancel my Grandview timeshare contract. I was on holidays with my family to US during July 2011 and all was well until I accepted the offer of cheap show tickets at one of the ticketing places in Vegas. We were told that to take advantage of the offer, we need to visit a new casino being built on the outskirts of town and may have lunch there. We were given the impression this would be a very short trip (one hour max) and a great opportunity to visit a grand new casino that was still being built.
