TC Professionals are the best! They are a legitimate organization helping people get out of timeshares and doing it professionally! Any questions we had, they answered. They made it clear all along the process they were for us, which after getting duped with other organizations, it was very reassuring and gave us hope we would really achieve our goal to cancel the timeshare.
